Jon Sae-Koew is a Research Assistant within the Evaluation of the Early Years Partnership team situated in the Human Capability and Community Wellbeing program and the Life Course Centre. He has research experience in child and adolescent mental health, prevention, social-emotional learning and quantitative research methods, particularly longitudinal analysis. He has an interest in understanding the interface of socioeconomic inequalities with mental health and wellbeing and prevention particularly through a systems thinking lens.

Jon completed his PhD that focused on developing recommendations to support adolescent mental health in communities experiencing socioeconomic disadvantage and inequality. Specifically, his PhD work examined school-based prevention approaches to supporting adolescent mental health in such communities.
